About Me
I've always been active since the day I was born. Playing multiple sports; soccer, rugby and squash. Then COVID-19 hit, and everything went down and I became as lazy as one could be. I vowed to myself to never be lazy like that again and started going to the gym. People think the only improvement in the gym is the physical change but the mental change you achieve from gaining confidence in your body 10x more. I want this feeling for everyone and that's why I am here to change peoples lives.
